My 2nd East Vs.West pic OK. These two have alot in common. They get thier power from food (Popeye-Spinach/Spinachk and Luffy-Devils fruit The Gum-Gum Fruit), they both have a special effective but werid punch (Popeye-Twister/Twisker Punch and Luffy- Gum Gum Pistol),and they both get thier insperation Form someone close (Popeye-His Pappy and Luffy-Shanks). If these 2 were in a fight who would win.
