Hulk Girls: Penny Gadget

This is the first of my New series, I still like GTS but I also like the She Hulk and so I decided to make a new series

Called "HULK GIRLS"

Where I pic a random female and Hulk her out just for the fun of it. I decided to go with Penny first... why? Come on, as many times as she gets tied up or locked in a room, you really think she won't eventually snap?
